The position reports to the Head Wayleave & Strategic Alliance Job Overview: Planning, implementing, monitoring, management all necessary activities which will have direct impact on authority management programmed of customer and network related on meeting required milestones & project goals, identified as key corporate objectives. Liaison with relevant internal and external parties nationwide(local authorities in all States i.e. JKR, DBKL, MBPJ, MBSA etc.) at various levels to facilitate the service delivery programs as related to the permit approvals for common work efforts. Your Work Life: Manage end-to-end wayleave/work permit application and approval process prior to construction implementation activities. Coordinate with relevant parties, including Authority Management, Network Service Planning, Procurement, and Finance Departments, to review and comply with all requirements stated in wayleave/work permit terms and conditions. Assist Project Manager in meeting customer CRD requirements for work permit during implementation activities. Manage overall wayleave/work permit requirements related to construction implementation activities. Manage overall wayleave deposit retrieval process upon expiry date, including compilation, submission, and follow-up to retrieve the deposit. Work & involved directly with Project Coordinator and Local Authority during and after construction implementation activities to ensure quality of work and certification compliance To be considered, you'll need: Minimum of 2 or 3 years of related working experience in Project Management. Minimum of 2 or 3 years of related working experience in dealing with permit submission to Local Authority, OSA, 3rd party etc. Experience in OSP Construction methods such as HDD, Micro trenching, Open Cut, Civil structure for OSP Civil and Cable Pulling. Familiarity with internet technologies initiative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures related to wayleave/work permit application and approval process. Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Prior experience in wayleave management, construction implementation, or related field is preferred.
