Job Purpose: To lead, manage and supervise in order to achieve high performance of the department as a whole as well as strategizing and planning the best possible/effective approach or method towards resolving all Corporate Conventional/Islamic Accounts. Key Responsibilities: Formulating and strategizing the effective way to rehabilitate distress account by way of Restructure & Reschedule (R&R) to maximize recovery. Monitoring and supervising closely all rehab cases approved for R&R to ensure all terms and conditions are complied with and complete within the approved timeline with account paid-off accordingly. Liaising effectively and timely with internal stakeholders, borrowers and Service Agents i.e. solicitors, Receiver & Manager, Private Liquidators etc. to achieve maximum recovery. Supporting HOD in providing opportunity for staff career enhancement and improvement of recovery operational level through on-the-job exposure or educating staff in area of understanding debt recovery management and strategist turn around process Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate debt recovery management from commercial banks Bachelor's Degree in related field
