Job Responsibility Handle general enquiries on training programmes via telehone calls and email. Marketing of training programmes via telephone, fax and email. Handle administrative work for training programmes in relation to confirmation and cancellation of training programmes, payment of receipts of course fees, certificate of attendance, tabulate training evaluation forms and preparation of Income & Expenditure accounts. Liaise with participants, trainers and caterers. Perform general secretarial and administrative duties. Any other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior. Job Requirements SPM or Certificate (any field). Must be able to speak English. At least 1-2 years of working experience. IT literate. Job Benefits 5 days week, flexible working hours.
