Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to our club team. Daily tasks will also include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Clerical Skills including record-keeping and scheduling Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High school diploma or equivalent Additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
