Internship - Risk & Control Unit (Contact Centre)

• To handle non-confidential information related checks.
• To perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the new report check.
• To prepare charts and diagram from compliance related data
• To review compliance awareness email or reminder
• Other tasks assigned which is not related to customer information.

• Available to start 3 months internship by end of March or early April 2024.
• Preferably student pursuing course of Business Administration or Computer Science.
• Good in Microsoft Excel formula and Powerpoint.
• Working location: Menara Telekom, Kerinchi LRT Station
