Role Overview: As an Executive, Customer Happiness (Mandarin Speaker), you will be responsible for delivering quality, timely, and effective customer support across various digital channels, including social media, chat, and email, specifically catering to Mandarin-speaking customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in Mandarin, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. Picture your day like this: Provide top-notch customer service via digital channels, responding promptly to customer questions, feedback, and complaints through live chat, social media, and web platforms, primarily in Mandarin Chinese. Demonstrate excellent written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese to creatively and accurately articulate responses about AirAsia's products and services. Utilize established procedures and processes to efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, while also assisting customers in using and accessing AirAsia's products and services. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to identify and report system trends and anomalies, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Record customer interactions and support transactions accurately using computer systems, and seize opportunities to meet personal and team targets while maintaining exceptional service. Stay up-to-date with the latest information on AirAsia's products, services, and industry-related news to provide informed support. Engage in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. This job is ideal for you if you also: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder. Prior customer service experience would be an advantage. Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to work on the midnight shift. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in the language. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills. An assertive team player with high energy, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Medically fit - both mentally and physically. Job Highlights MYR 2,500 - MYR 4,000 Working hours: Rotating Shift: Rotating Off Days, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Starting as early as 7am (Shift 7am - 4pm), ending as late as 10pm (Shift 1pm - 10pm). Includes one week of night shift, from 10pm-7am.
