As a customer-facing role, the Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our auto repair and tyre services.What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
Candidates must possess at least Certificate or Diploma
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

TanggungjawabWhat you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers, providing friendly and attentive service
Assess customer vehicle needs and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions
Prepare accurate estimates and work orders for vehicle services
Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional and responsive manner
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle services
Support the overall operations of the auto service center as needed
