Basic communication and reply in English and Bahasa Malaysia is sufficient.TanggungjawabGeneral Office Administration: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including stationery purchasing, document management, and office equipment maintenance.HR Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, employee file management, and attendance record organization.Meeting & Reception Coordination: Arrange meetings, take meeting minutes, and provide general meeting and event support.Document & Inventory Handling: Use a basic SQL system to create orders, manage stock preparation and delivery coordination.Process Optimization & Improvement: Propose improvements to administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
