- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities to expand business relationships. Provide customer support by communicating effectively and resolving arising issues.
- Study market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to shape successful marketing strategies and offerings.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster cooperation and understand their needs.
- Manage marketing and advertising plans and projects including content development, event management, and promotional initiative on training, consultancy, and international project.
