- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, regulatory requirements and client needs to develop actionable business strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all client dealings.
- Work closely with internal departments and businesses, initiate and develop a healthy business opportunity pipeline for entire TPS portfolio
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their business development skills.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to enhance visibility and branding.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor progress against business goals.
- Generate detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic decision-making.
