- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management within the FMCG industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the products and increase brand awareness by using high-quality media content and eventstowards end users, dealers and retailers.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and product launches.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing including digital marketing, key accounts, partnership, retail marketing and corporate marketing.
- Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyze, monitor and create reports of Return On Investment, Cost Per Lead, Cost of Customer Acquisition, Cost Per Lead, Customer Lifetime Value and etc.
- Produce a sustainable budget for advertising.
- Conduct a comprehensive market analysis with a follow up action plan based on the analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and influencers.
