  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of the Bank's overall strategic plan, aligning with business objectives and market trends
  • Strategic Initiatives:
  • Driving of strategic initiatives in Malaysia and across the Region for Group Commercial Banking, with the aim of realising the Forward30 targets set out by the Group
  • To identify, develop and execute projects aimed at improving CX, Process and Efficiency
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement automation on routine functions and undertake process improvement tasks to ensure business efficiency
  • Project Management & Performance Measurement:
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for Management meetings
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Financial Forecasting: Create financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with risk teams to evaluate and mitigate potential risks
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategy to internal and external stakeholders
  • Presentation Decks: Prepare Presentations for Management meetings, Orientations and Adhoc Briefings
  • Secretariat: Compile decks, prepare and follow-up on action items, prepare minutes of meetings for Task Force and Steering Committees
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Prepare division level write-ups for Annual Report
  • Execute Adhoc projects as and when required
