Job Description:This role requires the ability to juggle a broad scope of tasks and responsibilities, manage 2 or more team members and respond well under pressure and deadlines in a high performance and diverse work environment. Accepted candidates will be expected to:
  • End-to-End Brand Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns that align with CIMB Bank's strategic goals and enhance brand equity.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Agency Liaison & Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between CIMB Bank and external creative and media agencies.
  • Lead briefing sessions, ensuring that agencies understand campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and timelines.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams and agencies throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Brand Ambassador & Partner Management:
  • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners, ensuring that their collaborations consistently reflect CIMB Bank's brand values and objectives.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to optimize the brand ambassador and partner collaborations to maximize value for the brand.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Brand Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Contribute to the development of CIMB Bank's long-term brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine brand positioning and messaging to maintain relevance and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Product, and Sales) to ensure seamless brand integration across all touchpoints.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor brand performance, including customer perception and brand health metrics, to assess the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting campaign results, key learnings, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment of brand strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Ensure that all brand-related communication and materials are consistent, accurate, and aligned with CIMB Bank's values.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
  • Manage ad-hoc brand-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members, where necessary.
