  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with China suppliers), and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Ability to handle basic accounting tasks and assist with financial record-keeping.
  • Must be able to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing administrative tasks effectively.
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciliation of bank statements, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle account management duties, including maintaining customer accounts, processing invoices, and resolving billing inquiries.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations, ensuring efficient data management and reporting.
  • Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and assisting with auditor inquiries.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
