- Ability to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum SPM or LCCI or higher qualification in accounting.
- 2 years' experience in accounting environment.
- Computer literate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Liaise with salesmen for all customer collection inquiries.
- Data entry & updating database for account receivable.
- Prepare Customer Aging Report.
- Provide Statement of account to customer and monitoring outstanding payment from customer.
- General duties such as documentation and filling, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone inquiries.
- Daily transaction of AP functions. Data entry incoming Vendors' and non-vendors' invoices.
- Purchase office stationery, packaging material and office stuff etc.
- Vehicle & business licensing: Oversee the renewal processes for company vehicles - including insurances, road taxes, and inspections. Additionally, manage the renewal of business licenses with local councils.
- Manage the Office Tenancy renewal and ensuring rental cost effectiveness.
- Procurement responsibilities: Lead the purchasing of utensils, cleaning items, fixtures, toiletries, and stationery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Responsible for administrative works including preparation of sales data, staffs attendance to HR and etc.
- Responsible for HR recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
- Data entry & updating database.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
