Company details Multinational IT services and consulting company Role Description As a Microsoft O365 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft Office 365 environment, including user management, license management, and security configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and resolve issues related to O365 applications and services. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of new O365 features and technologies. Qualifications Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 environment Knowledge of O365 applications and services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive Experience in user management, license management, and security configurations in O365 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate Experience with PowerShell scripting for O365 administration is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
