
Customer Service Executive - Selangor & Penang

- Assist in processing customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
- Support daily coordination with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.
- Support customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain and update accurate records and generate reports related to orders and deliveries.
- Support testing, training, and data entry tasks related to the ERP system rollout.
- Work with other departments to improve customer service processes.
- Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing or sales support within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be very advantageous.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Willing to spend extra time to complete tasks.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
