Job Responsibility Manage day-to-day operations in the clinic, which includes: Customer Service, receive phone calls, reply enquiries, arrange filing, billing, scheduling patients' appointments, admin work , basic cleaning Answer and proceed phone calls politely and warmly Welcome visitors warmly and cordially and answer any visitor inquiries Assist with Basic Social Media Posting (Additional bonus) Assist chiropractors & physiotherapists on daily tasks Handle necessary documentation related to patient files Job Requirements Minimum SPM holder Fresh graduate / With or without experience is fine, most importantly is willingness to learn Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Able to speak Mandarin is an additional bonus!
