Job DescriptionAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:Serve as primary support to day-to-day shipment related activities for both customer success team and customersWork hand-in-hand with customer success teams to retain new and existing customers with unparalleled customer experienceManage order uploading with accurate information and required documents for internal and external parties usageProvide timely notification and follow up on shipment status to internal and external partiesAbility to work efficiently on spreadsheets to provide customer success team with administrative and data supportRequirementsProficiency in G Suite (Gmail & Google Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Excel)Meticulous to data and administrative details in order to minimize errors.Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasksAbility to manage multiple internal and external partiesShift work including nights and weekends depending on flight and customer’s schedule
