- This role provides on the job training for Australian lending policies.
- It's a great opportunity to work closely with Malaysian co-workers and overseas counterparts so that clients and referral parties understand the difference between Southeast Asia finance and banking vs Australian lending programs.
- Deal directly with customers via telephone or electronically.
- Inbound and outbound collection/arrears call and emails.
- Negotiating and monitoring payment plans
- Analysing client’s accounts to negotiate payment of outstanding debts.
- Customer information within Lender portal or computer systems
- Provide regular reports on progress of work for management.
- Customer retention by offering custom solutions and negotiate a positive outcome for the customer and the Lender.
- Effective management of a dynamic and complex caseload in accordance with internal teams.
- Experience in residential mortgage Lending.
- Experience in customer service support functions.
- Written and communication skills in Mandarin language to deal with clientele due to our expanding Chinese market.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to respond well within fast paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and dispute resolution skills in inbound and outbound call management
- Excellent influencing and relationship management skills.
- Able to work autonomously and in a group setting.
