Role Description We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Group Finance team at Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd, a dynamic company based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will oversee, plan and manage financial reporting and management accounting activities, annual budgeting, monthly & quarterly forecasts, corporate tax, company secretarial matters and corporate exercises for the enlarged Group of Companies. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly group consolidation and management reports in compliance with financial reporting standards. Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting for income statement and balance sheet. Supervise and guide Finance Executives in company-level reporting and reconciliation. Provide technical accounting and tax guidance to the finance team. Ensure accurate cost and expense recording, with timely payment processing. Maintain consistency of chart of accounts across the Group&aposs financial reports. Manage statutory audits and ensure timely completion with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance and liaise with tax agents and authorities as needed. Prepare and monitor annual group budgets and compare against actual performance. Analyze financial performance, spending trends, and profitability to support decision-making. Lead financial modeling and analysis for corporate projects and exercises. Prepare detailed and forecasted cash flow reports and support ad-hoc finance tasks. What we&aposre looking for Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA), MIA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with a strong understanding of financial accounting, financial modelling and reporting standards Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP ERP systems and Excel Familiar with IFRS, corporate tax, company secretarial matters and relevant statutory requirements Experienced in annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, corporate finance (Mergers & Acquisition- M&A and etc) Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent written and communication skills Must be able to converse in Mandarin to deal with China counterparts Show more Show less
