The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10 years in successfully managing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.
  • Develop and enforce company's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to enhance company's online presence.
  • Oversee the content strategy, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the company's target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilise data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team. Identify and explore new marketing channels and technologies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Provide regular reporting on marketing spend and performance.
  • Effectively communicate marketing strategies, initiatives, and results to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of market research and marketing trends specific to business clubs and similar industries.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Knowledge in tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Has own equipment for work, with reliable connection and back up.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights.
