- Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels.
- Develop and enforce company's brand guidelines and standards.
- Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to enhance company's online presence.
- Oversee the content strategy, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the company's target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Utilise data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team. Identify and explore new marketing channels and technologies to stay ahead in the market.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Provide regular reporting on marketing spend and performance.
- Effectively communicate marketing strategies, initiatives, and results to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expert knowledge of market research and marketing trends specific to business clubs and similar industries.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
