About the organization Based in Shah Alam, Red Giants FC Sdn Bhd manages all affiliated activities of Selangor FC. Selangor is a professional football club competing in the Malaysia Super League. Founded in 1936, Selangor is the most successful club in Malaysia, winning 7 league titles, 5 FA Cups and 33 Malaysia Cups. What you will do As a Senior Commercial Manager, you primarily will: Represent the club and lead engagements with potential sponsors and corporate partners Acquire new sponsors and corporate partners across Malaysian and regional market Service the sponsors and corporate partners and to ensure the delivery of terms outlined in the sponsorship agreements Deliver annual reports to sponsors and corporate partners on their respective sponsorship Lead business development initiatives to unlock new revenue streams Be based in Shah Alam, but will be required to move around Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Who you are Bachelor's or Master's degree in the business administration, management or other relevant fields 8 years of proven experience in sports commercialization, partnership management or business development Familiar with the creation of presentation deck and the usage of Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Bahasa Melayu Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation including the C-suites and Board of Directors What we offer Competitive compensation : Talent is the backbone of Selangor, and we believe you should be compensated fairly.
