Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen our brand positioning. This role blends strategic B2B sales with innovative marketing execution to deliver measurable business impact across APAC. Key Responsibilities Sales (60%) Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in AI, cybersecurity, BPO, and digitalisation sectors. Identify, qualify, and close high-value deals in target industries (Tech, Telco, Fintech, Gaming, BPO). Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Conduct consultative sales presentations, solution demos, and negotiations. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales relationship nurturing. Marketing (40%) Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and offline) to generate qualified leads. Manage and optimise content marketing efforts - blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, newsletters. Develop sales collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers) in collaboration with the creative team. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Track and report on campaign ROI and adjust strategies accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 3-8 years of proven sales and/or marketing experience in B2B technology solutions. Strong network within APAC tech, telco, fintech, or BPO industries. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
