We offer competitive salary and benefits, as well as a working environment where you’re valued as part of the team.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial PerformanceAchieve new client acquisition, sales budget, Deposits and transactions volume growth & relevant KPIs as defined and agreed with the Transaction Banking Head in Malaysia.Develop and drive commercial strategy with consultation of Coverage and Product Specialists.Build active pipeline of deals and revenue streams.Work with internal stakeholders to build client centric solutions and ensure timely submission of deals.Assist product team in identifying and developing contemporary Cash Management products in line with market trends and corporate requirementsMarketing PerformanceManage the process of preparing and producing client proposals and pitches.Liaise closely with Regional team for participation in RFPs and leading the local MY efforts.Review and improve our pitching marketing material on a regular basis.Raise internal and external awareness of our franchise via internal marketing and external eventsRisk and Portfolio ManagementPreserve the quality of stickiness of the portfolio through a periodic review of volumes and accounts behaviours, cross sell/deep sell.Review regularly the level of the sight deposits and transaction volumes and decide whether the commercial actions need to be adjusted (pricing etc).Ensure that operational risk inherent to Cash Management business is monitored and closely controlled.Qualifications
  • Graduate from a leading university
Post graduate in Management from a premier institution (Preferred)Relevant experience in Cash Management or related financial products / services.Knowledge of cash management products.At least 10 years related working experience.
