- Language proficiency: English, Malay. Mandarin speaking preferred
- Experience with SQL software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Analytical mindset to interpret inventory data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong team player and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., willingness to learn, and proactive.
- Regularly conduct stock take
- Organize warehouse space and optimize layout to ensure efficient stock retrieval and FIFO
- Manage stock level and make key decision about stock control.
- Prepare reports related to stock control, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Recommend minimum and maximum level of stock keeping
- Ensure no shortage of stocks.
- Ensure stock replenishment ordered are received timely.
- To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
- Liaise with relevant parties to solve problem and do improvement
