Responsibilities Manage the department's Profit & Loss (P&L) and work closely with the company to reduce operational expenses and boost productivity by implementing streamlined processes and policies. Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns, developing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints promptly. Establish and track KPIs and performance goals to drive continuous improvement, increase profitability, shorten lead times, improve delivery cost-efficiency, and minimize losses and damages. Ensure operational compliance with all internal policies and relevant industry standards. Recommend and execute forward-thinking strategies for future shipping and logistics initiatives, staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Support management in evaluating and ensuring that logistics partners meet performance expectations. Monitor and improve logistics partners' KPIs, including turnaround time, loss prevention, and damage control. Lead efforts to enhance logistics partner performance, merchant satisfaction, customer service, and cost optimization in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. At least 10 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with relevant functional expertise. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred due to the need for communication with diverse local and international clients. Strong coaching and team development skills, with a focus on maintaining best practices and standardized processes. Proven leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations, including customer and merchant impact and cost control. Ability to design and optimize operational workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. Experience in sales is a plus. Salary Range: Up to RM10,000.00 per month Show more Show less
