Job Description: Support day-to-day activities related to partner onboarding. Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk & Compliance, Product, Operations) to address queries and complete the onboarding process. Assist in monitoring weekly merchant onboarding numbers to ensure each partner is making consistent progress. Support reporting and data analysis to track enablement performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with partners and the regional fraud team to submit the SPL whitelisting merchant list on a weekly basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Good business development, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Self driven and independently motivated. Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form insightful judgments based on situations.
