Merchandiser

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
• Strong understanding of retail best practices, customer behavior, and merchandising principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain store presentation standards.
• Passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for trends and consumer preferences.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing product displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store managers and retail staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.

• Designing and executing impactful in-store displays, product layouts, and seasonal setups.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitoring and optimizing store layouts and displays to improve customer engagement and sales.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team on ways to improve the in-store customer experience
• Analyze performance of stock and promotions to determine effectiveness of the product assortment and promotion strategy to drive market share
• Assist in the setting up of new stores and major fairs/ events
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for merchandise replenishment or adjustments
• Make sure pricing and labels are correct.
