Req ID 65022 Petaling Jaya, MalaysiaResponsible for competence for all Product portfolios in Industrial BL (IA, IB including Marine). Acquire new products, new technologies, and realize technical support and technical training to service team, sales, network and customers in APAC. And be responsible for: service capability planning, training, assessment for service team and service engineers; Setting KPI for each position, etc.Work with stakeholders to support Service and overhaul proposals to customersSecure the required service competence for APAC region as well setup supporting process from COC to sub-countries

Be responsible for technology research, preparation of ZF products in market, providing technical support to service, sales, service network and customers.
Be responsible for technical communication with other plants in group, coordinating resource and grasping new products, new technologies timely in ZF.
Be responsible for both internal and external technical training management and implementation.
Be responsible for management of service report, and failure statistics, analysis, and reporting.
Be responsible for service capability planning, training, assessment for first line service team and service engineers;
Service plan, service report audit;
Be responsible for preparing annual training plan and training plan.
Be responsible for setting up the training system, training process and training course
Organize and implement ZF product knowledge and technical training to customers.
Be responsible for training needs analysis, research and collect the training needs of employees and organize the implementation of employee training and related job training
Be responsible for training summary and test and evaluate the training effect.
