This role reports to the Head of Concessions and is responsible for growing sustainable concessions reveneting Develop dynamic marketing and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement, increase concession spending, and enhance the overall cinema experience for moviegoers. Strategically curate, package, and promote captivating merchandise to boost attendance and drive additional sales. Devise strategic collaboration programs with corporate partners to target their customer base through enticing concession promotions. Your New Role To formulate promotions and programmes to achieve sustainable growth in concessions revenue and this requires the implementation of the following strategies and practices: Customer-Centric Approach: Embrace a customer-centric mindset by gaining a deep understanding of your target audience's needs and preferences. Regularly conduct customer surveys and solicit feedback to identify areas for improvement. Go-To-Market (GTM): Coordinate relevant departments and support teams to execute initiatives from the concession marketing calendar. Be actively involved in overall marketing discussions through the GTM process. Branding: Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing materials. Cultivate a memorable and trustworthy brand identity that resonates with customers. Personalization: Implement personalized marketing strategies by tailoring promotions and recommendations based on individual customer behavior and preferences. Engaging Marketing Campaigns: Develop imaginative and captivating marketing campaigns that establish emotional connections with the target audience. Communications: Keep customers well-informed about promotions, new menu items, and events through timely communication channels, such as email and social media. Exceptional Customer Service: Provide comprehensive training to concession staff, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Loyalty Programs: Effectively promote the benefits of TGV's loyalty program. Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate concession operations based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends. Stay abreast of industry best practices and innovative marketing techniques to remain competitive. Adaptability: Remain agile and responsive to shifting customer preferences and market dynamics. Adjust marketing strategies and menu offerings as necessary to remain relevant and appealing. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze customer data and sales metrics to inform marketing decisions. Continuously refine strategies based on insights into what is effective and where improvements are needed. Who can join Us Diploma / Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area with a Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field Strong marketing knowledge in various fields i.e. F&B, merchandise, or Loyalty from Recognized local organization.
