Job Responsibility Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information regarding Magnum 4D products, services, and promotions. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed, while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Maintain a thorough understanding of Magnum 4D&aposs product offerings, rules, and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately and completely in the company&aposs CRM system. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and suggestions for service improvements. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in any relevant field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice. Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
