Job Summary The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact at the front desk, responsible for providing professional reception services, handling resident and visitor enquiries, and managing complaints with tact and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service orientation, and proficiency in Mandarin to serve a diverse community. Key Responsiblities Manage front desk reception, including attending to walk-in residents, visitors, and contractors. Register and verify all visitors, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with security protocols. Handle, record, and follow up on resident complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services. Coordinate and manage unit key handovers, access cards, and related documentation. Maintain accurate records of all front desk transactions, complaints, and handovers. Assist in disseminating notices, circulars, and communication to residents. Liaise with management and relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Uphold a courteous, professional, and service-oriented approach at all times. Requirement Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Mandarin. Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or property management is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
