- Experience with Account Payable processes and systems.
- Competence in managing Account Receivable functions.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kapar, Selangor.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts within the construction and building sector, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their specific hiring requirements, company culture, and strategic goals.
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify potential candidates for various construction and building roles, utilizing a variety of recruitment methods including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing client accounts and generating new business opportunities within the construction and building sector.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
