Perform internal quality process assessments
Facilitate root cause analysis on the findings from the quality process assessments
Issue CAPA through the LOGICS platform
Monitor and support operation sites on CAPA closure
Gauge the effectiveness of the CAPA by observing the findings recurrences
Conduct QSA together with the operation staffs and submit the score on LOGICS platform
Identify the QSA gaps, facilitate root cause analysis and issue CAPA through the LOGICS platform
Facilitate quality trainings as per plan
Attend customer audit with the operation representatives
Facilitate root cause analysis on the findings from the customer audits
Ensure operation site compliance towards regulatory requirements such as GDP MD and GDP
Involved with operation in performing the FMEA for the work instruction

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree or equivalent from the course of engineering
Minimum 2 years in Quality functions or equivalent with proven track record.
