[ n Your Job 1.Handle for subcon and supplier quality 2.Drive for supplier quality improvement 3.Handle customer complaint which is related to supplier issue Our Team You will be reporting to Principal Engineer, Quality What You Will Do 1.Incoming engineer role Responsible for feedback any supplier quality issue to supplier/ subcon Issue F type QN to supplier Prepare QDR which include the reject information to supplier Follow up 8D report closure from vendor / subcon Work closely with purchasing on part disposition (return to vendor, scrap or sorting) Monitoring on supplier performance by quality score card. Drive for supplier / subcon improvement in quarterly basis based on score cardu2019s score. 2.Cum SQE role by perform supplier audit Arrange annual supplier audit with supplier / subcon. Complete self-assessment checklist with supplier and subcon. Follow up audit finding closure 3. Customer quality engineer Analyze product failure to define corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints. Communicate with customer in timely manner in regard to data summary, customer updates and corrective action reports. Coordinate with Quality Personnel and other departments and personnel to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers. Participate in product quality planning and control processes based on customer's specifications and requirements that are initiated by customer quality issues. Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product's quality. Prepare and update all necessary quality reports and procedure as required by customers and procedures. Train and guide quality team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve customer quality issues. Prepared 8D report to customer which include root cause analysis and corrective action on time. Perform 8D corrective action that written in 8D report to ensure that corrective action that committed is close and implemented. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline Minimum 2 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems. xa0 High degree of organizational skills as juggling multiple projects and managing them to specific timelines is expected. xa0 Basic computer skills including work processing & spreadsheets. xa0xa0 Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbal, and group meetings. xa0 Good interpersonal skills sufficient to provide guidance to less experienced engineers. Knowledge of statistical tools and SPC. Basic analytical skill. Understand FMEA and control plan. Basic auditing skills.
