MohonKelayakanWe are seeking a proactive and dynamic Assistant Manager - Business Development to grow and manage both our dealer and B2B customer networks across Malaysia. The role requires a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, maintain good relationships, and contribute to overall sales growth through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in business development, B2B sales, or channel management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel across Malaysia for client meetings and dealer engagement
  • Experience in electronic industry is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Tanggungjawab
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and B2B clients
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners and corporate clients
  • Monitor sales performance and support partners in achieving their sales targets
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities and trends
  • Plan and execute business development strategies, including sales campaigns and promotional programs
  • Work closely with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Attend industry events, roadshows, and client meetings across different regions in Malaysia
  • Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to management
