Business Development Manager - Seeking a results-driven professional with strong experience in the automotive industry (OEMs, Tier suppliers, aftermarket). Responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving strategic partnerships. Must have proven success in the Chinese automotive OEM market , with deep industry knowledge, strong networking, and the ability to deliver business growth. Job Description : Create and implement a networking strategy with existing and new customers that will support the generation of new sales opportunities. Identify and develop existing as well as new sales and profit opportunities for the Company. Communicating new product development to customers and liaison with customers. Develop quotation and pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share with consideration on customer satisfaction. Have an in-depth knowledge of business, products, and value propositions of the Company. Understand and develop budget for the department, including expenditures and revenue stream, prepare investment and project documentation for management approval. To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS). Setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and goals for the department and ensuring they are monitored and met. Oversees promotion and marketing of the business, service, product, and brand. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to see potential expansion for the Company.
