In your new role you will:
- Semiconductor part cleaning equipment and mechanical workshop operation and services.
- Ensure systematic troubleshooting methodology and good work manship for repair and refurbishment job.
- Ensure proper maintenance change management execution via FMEA and PCRB process to achieve maintenance productivity improvement.
- Ensure equipment MTTR and M-ratio target achieve.
- Lead team to achieve IFKM productivity target by improve equipment maintenance cost.
- Mentor and coach for team on mechanical parts and services.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah
- 5 years experienced.
- Master, Degree, Diploma in mechanical, electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experienced in managing semiconductor electro mechanical equipment maintenance and workshop.
- Experience change management equipment FMEA and PCRB process.
- Demonstrate good work man ship quality on semiconductor equipment maintenance.
- Skill - mentor, coach, robots axis calibration, knowledge on servomotor, electronics components troubleshooting, robot controllers troubleshooting.
