In your new role you will:
  • Lead Process Integration engineers from various technologies in Device Process Control Monitoring (PCM) stability and capability index (Cpk) improvement.
  • Set up overall PCM Cpk Key Performance Index (KPI) monitoring and responsible for regular PCM Cpk reporting for Management Review.
  • Organize and lead overall technologies PCM Process Stability Review (PSR)
  • Drive prompt investigation and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM trend deviation/drift.
  • Site Representative of PCM Wafer Acceptance Test Business Process for Kulim Fab. Close collaboration with business process owner and other Infineon FE-site representatives on PCM business process update.
  • Ensure PCM lot disposition and monitoring methods in compliance to Global Business Processes.
  • Set up and monitor the PCM Auto Lot Release Rate (PCM ARR) and drive for PCM ARR improvement
  • Organize and moderate complex PCM lot disposition with key device experts utilizing prove-to-ship concept.
  • Lead the setup/maintenance of PCM monitoring charts in the data/ trend control system/auto lot release system (eg. SPACE, Trend master, ALF) and act as technical advisor on applications specific knowledge.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in PCM Wafer Acceptance Test and lot disposition (eg: conduct training, define and proliferate Best Practice in PCM disposition and control methods)
  • Provide support or drive cross technology PCM improvement projects.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Material Science/ Physics/ Chemistry.
  • Strong know-how of Wafer Fabrication Unit Processes, Process Integration, Device Physics and Process-Device interactions.
  • Good knowledge of Statistical Analysis and Process Control (eg: Cp,Cpk, Western Electric Rules....etc)
  • Familiar with process control monitoring of device parameters software(eg: SPACE) in high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and in group.
  • Passionate in providing training and guidance to junior colleagues.
  • Candidates with direct fab experience in Process Integration/ Process Engineering will have an added advantage
