- To actively identify potential sales opportunities and manage sales pipeline by working closely with Branch Managers and on ground team.
- Manage portfolio of multiple regions and acquisition of FX clients and retention of existing affluent customers of those reporting to him/her.
- Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing client relationships with regular analysis and review of portfolio to ensure maximum profitability.
- To build and maintain profitable business relationships with FX customers by increasing penetration of relevant FX products, understanding clients' FX needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Source and identify potential clients in the SME regions.
- To use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate cash management solutions to prospects. Actively seeking referrals from new and existing customers.
- Ensure adherence to CIMB's policies, procedure, compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.
