Store Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

• Minimum diploma or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or F&B store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic understanding of meat products and cold chain handling is a plus.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, with rotational off days.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak in Mandarin is a Must.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail and café sections.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate a small team of baristas, kitchen crew, and retail staff.
• Monitor and ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels, order inventory, and reduce wastage or overstocking.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Track daily sales, manage cash handling, and generate basic reports for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the central kitchen/warehouse on meat supply and logistics.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Assist with promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
