- Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inventory management
- Ability to independently handle issues related to purchasing, inventory, and product quality
- Capable of conducting product quality inspections and handling goods
- Immediate availability is an added advantage
- Assist the Store Manager in the overall daily operations of the supermarket
- Develop and implement procurement plans to ensure timely supply, good quality, and stable sourcing
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, placing orders according to demand
- Oversee daily product quality checks to ensure compliance with sales and food safety standards
- Establish and optimize departmental workflows, ensuring staff compliance with all relevant standards
- Lead the packaging operations, provide regular training sessions, and evaluate staff performance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to improve store operations and customer satisfaction
- RM4,000 - RM8,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
