For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.Role DescriptionAs a UI/UX Designer for our team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting extensive user research and analysis, gaining valuable insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Leveraging this data, you will contribute to the development of user-centric digital products by informing and validating design decisions. Your responsibilities extend to crafting wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, emphasizing continuous iteration and refinement based on user feedback and testing outcomes. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, engaging with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to ensure a seamless and user-centric product design.Additionally, your role involves planning and conducting usability testing sessions, interpreting results, and providing recommendations for design enhancements. Your active contribution to the development of high-fidelity UI designs, aligned with overall design systems and brand guidelines, will be crucial. You will collaborate seamlessly with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Advocating for accessibility and inclusivity in design is a central aspect of this role, ensuring that our products are not only visually appealing but also usable by a diverse user base.Requirements:● Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.● Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.● Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:
