For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.Role Overview:We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences for our products and services.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design user interfaces in Mandarin for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and accessibility.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on user insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and gather feedback for refinement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

3 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects, including examples of designs.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
