Job Description: Marketing Implementation Provide marketing plan & strategies to achieve the assigned product In-market sales target, Product profitability, Department Mission and Market share growth. Ensure that all activities (ATL & BTL) are planned and executed effectively to achieve the desired results within the Company' Code of Conduct & respective regulations. Maximize ROI on A & P spending. Provide and update product information and directions to sales team. Execute appropriate marketing activities to create product awareness and better disease understandings among healthcare professionals and end-users. Gather and analyse market data to enable to plan effective marketing and sales activities . Supply Chain Coordination Forecast In-market commercial & FOC goods to ensure that all items has sufficient inventories at distributor within contract inventory level. Product Development Identify potential candidate for assigned product portfolio expansion together with market / competitor info. Evaluate R&D samples to ensure new products can be accepted by market. Evaluate sales & profitability to ensure new product development profitability. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Pharmaceutical related education background. Minimum 3 years' working experience in Healthcare Industry Specific knowledge - Product Management in Pharmaceuticals industry.
