Area of Responsibilities Develop and Execute Regional E-commerce Strategy: Formulate and implement a robust regional e-commerce strategy aligned with global sales objectives, focusing on maximizing online sales performance across key platforms like Lazada and Shopee. Identify new e-commerce opportunities and market trends to expand our online presence and reach. Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities with broader market plans. E-commerce Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the performance of our e-commerce stores on platforms such as Lazada and Shopee, including product listing optimization, inventory management coordination, and promotional campaign execution. Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, traffic, sales) and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Manage and optimize product content, visuals, and descriptions to enhance customer experience and drive conversions. Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets. Analyze campaign performance, identify key learnings, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Dealer Program Management: Manage the regional rollout and implementation of dealer programs, including yearly strategy planning and T1/T2 contract and rebate programs, ensuring alignment with e-commerce objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, leveraging e-commerce and digital channels for promotion and engagement. Budget Management & Reporting: Track and manage marketing and e-commerce budget spending, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, digital marketing campaign effectiveness, and market insights. Strategic & Analytical Mindset: This is a global marketing role requiring a blend of creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making for e-commerce growth. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in E-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry or an advertising agency. Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing online stores on leading e-commerce platforms like Lazada and Shopee. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Proficiency in analyzing e-commerce data and utilizing insights to drive sales growth. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
