Description Key Responsibilities: Sales Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets for industrial lubricants in the Malaysian market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry sectors (e.g., manufacturing machine makers, lubricant distributors, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, track performance, and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement. Marketing Activities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote industrial lubricants in the Malaysian market. Organise and participate in trade shows, seminars, and other marketing events. Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations). Build brand awareness and enhance the market image of SHL lubricants. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Customer Service: Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding SHL lubricants. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the lubricants market. Gather market intelligence and provide insights to support business decisions. Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments within CLP and with external partners. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales or a similar role (preferred, but not essential). Strong understanding of the lubricants market in Malaysia. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach. Fluency in both English and Malay (written and spoken).
