Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute global marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring top-level support and timely responses to inquiries regarding quotations, products, shipments, payments, and more. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Achieving sales targets and role objectives all the time. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer behaviour. Utilize data analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed. Market Expansion & Compliance: Identify new market opportunities and execute expansion strategies. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies. Organize and attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events Identify new product opportunities that are suitable for our production capabilities and work together with R&D for product development. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials and sales tools. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product capabilities and customer expectations. Close workings between Warehouse & QA for timely Export shipment deliveries Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement. Skills & Requirements: Degree / Diploma in International Business / Export Management or other related fields. Minimum 3-4 years related working experience preferably in B2B sales in food products. Familiarity with international trade procedures, INCOTERMS and export documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills across diverse culture and markets. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Organized, resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
