- Lead organizational transition as a leader, a change agent and an active motivator partnering with the Group CEO and the rest of the leadership team.
- Become a trusted business partner by redesigning the engagement model between human resources and the business divisions.
- Establish a new support model between the administrative team and the heads of business divisions.
- Responsible to organize, lead guide human resources and administrative team.
- Assist business divisions in creating compelling job descriptions to attract the right talent for open positions within the company.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring efficient and effective hiring.
- Assist with developing, managing, and monitoring payroll administration processes for compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
- Ensure that the group has all the information required to operate effectively by develop and maintain all necessary HR procedures and information systems.
- Providing advice on the best practice and legal requirements HR policies and processes to business leaders and people managers.
- Assist to support people managers on employee relations issues from regulatory and legal perspective.
- Maintain an appropriate administrative team size to provide support to the entire organization.
- Develop the performance management process - setting goals, collecting feedback, and justifying compensation and promotions.
- Design a new employee life cycle based on the unique advantages of the Group, from recruitment to off-boarding specifically (but not limited to) new acquisition channels, learning & development, career progression, compensation & benefits.
- Base for workforce planning and development by develop insights on employee to help achieve overall Group strategies.
- Plan their manpower requirements based on corporate vision and business objectives by collaborating with people managers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related equivalent.
- A minimum of at least 15 years of HR experience working with Malaysia’s laws and regulations with at least 5 years in managerial role.
- A curious and collaborative mindset that hungry to understand to work with colleagues to achieve better outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and conflict resolution with experience.
- Dedicated to the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Able to execute the work while nurturing the next generation of leaders with a 'player-coach' mentality.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to integrate data and observations into actionable plans.
